* The free health check only looks at what your site makes public. It doesn’t log in to your site or test it, so these results depend on what can be seen from outside. On a paid plan, the logbook connects to your environment and sees the full picture.

Before you ask.
Can I try Monitor first?
Yes. Australian businesses can apply for a free 30-day Monitor trial: tell us about your site and a developer replies by the next business day. There’s no card, and nothing carries on after 30 days unless you say yes. There’s no trial of Maintenance or Full service.
Will it work with my tech stack?
Almost certainly. The free health check works on any website. For Monitor, we build the connection between your server, your site and the logbook for your environment, so every package is checked against new vulnerabilities and every change lands in your service history. If you run something we haven’t connected before, we’ll tell you before you sign up.
Can I keep my developer?
On Monitor, your developer does the work and we tell them what needs doing. On Maintenance and Full service our developers do it, and yours can keep access: the grant is logged, and the logbook records our work, not theirs.
Do I have to move my hosting?
No. On Maintenance we look after the site wherever it’s hosted now, and the server stays with your host. Move to Full service and we run the server too, on Australian infrastructure. The migration is included.
What does “from $840” depend on?
How much you want done. It buys a block of developer hours each month: keeping the site updated and patched, plus anything else you need, from new features to content uploads. Need more hours and the monthly price goes up. The hourly rate doesn’t.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Monthly, no minimum. If you leave, your logbook goes with you.
Will the price go up at renewal?
No. The price you start on is the price you renew on. On Maintenance, extra developer hours are charged at the same fixed rate.
